Before I listed my home I visited several real estate companies websites. After a serious evaluation of reviews I chose The Cindy West Team. Regina contacted me and following a visitation and evaluation of my home I felt comfortable with Regina, so I listed it for sale. From day one Regina was always available to be contacted for questions within a reasonable time period and she contacted me if she had any concerns or questions. She knows Georgia Real estate law well and used that knowledge several times during the sell of my home. Regina is a good communicator and was always polite and friendly.
During the process of the sell there were several events which arose (not a sellers market) and by knowing what she was doing it all ended as expected with a good price for my home.

Daniel got out and did the work. Showing property in a mountainous area is physical work and he showed in the rain, the summer sun, and everything in between. Regina Payne just sold our mountain cabin in Ellijay. She was very enjoyable to work with and a professional all the way. Prior to listing, she worked very closely with us to get the cabin prepared. She coordinated with us on the listing price doing a very detailed market analysis using her experience with cabins with details of our home to maximize our ability to sell quickly and at the best price. She personally helped to get the staging right and appealing to the broader buyers. She was very quick to return calls and texts.

The listing hit the MLS on a Friday evening and we had two full price offers by the following evening. She then worked her magic over the next few days to end up with both offers coming in at about $10K over ask. She then worked closely with us and the buyer to get us through due diligence and to a quick and seamless closing.
