We want to whole-heartedly recommend Cindy West as a real estate agent. She is professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable about real estate. She keeps her clients updated on the process of buying or selling homes or raw property, explaining everything along the way, and prioritizing her clients’ wants and needs. Cindy and Kim (her assistant) guided us throughout the entire process of buying some property and made it seem easy. Cindy is always honest and ethical in her guidance. She will inform you of the positives and the negatives of property and help you get the best possible transaction. She knows and understands the market, is tech savvy, and has an extensive network. Cindy is very experienced; her and Kim pay attention to details. We will always use Cindy as our agent.

We selected Cindy as because of her reputation as the top real estate seller in Gilmer County and because she had recently and successfully closed comparable properties within our subdivision. Our first face-to-face visit with Cindy confirmed our decision. She was super prepared with an impressive marketing plan for our home and spent an extensive amount of time touring it to ensure that its best features were identified and highlighted. Cindy explained the listing and sales process in great detail and introduced ideas for making our home "pop" with the various local and regional listing services. She recommended a home decor consultant who did a fantastic job staging and decluttering our home. Once listed, Cindy and her executive assistant flawlessly handled home showings and scheduling. We were especially pleased that Cindy insisted that our home be shown only to financially pre-approved prospective buyers. Our home was effectively under contract 17 days from the time we gave her the go-ahead to begin showings. Cindy was invaluable during the due-diligence period. She provided expert counsel related to scheduling, navigating and mediating resolutions resulting from numerous buyer-ordered inspections. This was by far the most stressing phase of the sales process and Cindy more than once came to our rescue when it appeared that the deal might possibly fall through. A lesser skilled realtor very well may not have succeeded. Closing proved uneventful and we walked away completely satisfied with the outcome. In short, we would definitely seek to retain Cindy's services again as either a seller or as a buyer and highly recommend her without reservation to those seeking a high-end real estate professional.

Throughout our home selling process, Cindy West was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development even in the evenings and on the weekends. Cindy’s efficiency was remarkable. She guided us to list the perfect price in a difficult selling market, expedited the paperwork and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a quick sale.
