Our first face-to-face visit with Cindy confirmed our decision. Our home was effectively under contract 17 days from the time we gave her the go-ahead to begin showings. Cindy was invaluable during the due-diligence period. She provided expert counsel related to scheduling, navigating and mediating resolutions resulting from numerous buyer-ordered inspections. This was by far the most stressing phase of the sales process and Cindy more than once came to our rescue when it appeared that the deal might possibly fall through.
