Throughout our home selling process, Cindy West was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development even in the evenings and on the weekends. Cindy’s efficiency was remarkable. She guided us to list the perfect price in a difficult selling market, expedited the paperwork and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a quick sale. Her proactive approach was evident when she organized an open house for local realtors. She also had incredible pictures taken and then did a digital “staging” of our home to give it an updated look. Cindy is a native of Gilmer County so she is able to effectively tour home buyers through the area to find the perfect home for each.
